Cephter Investments and Properties started business as a real estate agent on the Spintex Road, Accra in Ghana in 1999, where the core business was finding clients understanding their needs and assisting them to achieve same to advising these clients about market conditions, organizing property viewings, negotiating and helping with all the legal aspects of buying, selling, leasing and renting properties.
